What time is best for photo shooting?

 

Hilton Beach Waikiki
We usually recommend midday for photo shooting in Honolulu between 11:00am and 3:00pm.

Harsh backlighting as the 9:00am sunlight bounces off the ocean from the East partially obscures the view of Diamond Head at Waikiki Beach.

Magic Island
At 2:00pm the sun is high overhead shining down on the water giving us a nice blue sky, blue ocean color and clear view of Diamond Head from Magic Island.
